The Literary Lighthouse – Positive & Uplifting Literary Work

We publish positive and uplifting literary work. We share true stories from spoken word artists, public speakers, and writers. We illuminate love, hope, peace, and justice. We are a bridge for the broken and a light in the darkness. We showcase the creativity of empowered voices.

The Literary Lighthouse hosts auditions for spoken word poets, writers, actors, and speakers. If you are a leader of an organization, educational institution, or business, we would love to collaborate with you to host an audition for one of our upcoming performance opportunities!

One performer will receive the opportunity of a lifetime to open up for a show at Carnegie Hall in New York City! We are asking applicants to create an original work that they believe would inspire an audience. The original work should be a poetic piece or monologue. One applicant will receive the opportunity to open up a musical show at Carnegie Hall on Oct. 14th.

We do have a limit to how many applicants we can accept. Entry space is limited.
